The 90-Day Surf Strength program is designed to elevate your surfing through targeted land workouts and focused time in the water.
Each phase builds the essential muscles for paddling, pop-ups, and wave control—while reinforcing proper form to keep you strong and injury-free.
You’ll train with surf-specific movements that improve stability, endurance, and full-body strength, with balanced counter-work to keep your body aligned.
And if you need modifications or have questions, you’ll have direct access to message me through the app—so the program can match your fitness level and available equipment.
By day 90, you’ll feel stronger, more agile, and ready to crush your next surf trip.

Resistance bands OR a cable machine
Light and Medium Dumbbells (Heavy Dumbbells optional)
Foam Roller (36in long)
Stability Ball (optional) (75cm if you’re average height)
