A mirror can’t help you see your form in all directions, and even if so, if you don’t know the minute things to look for, you may be training poor alignment.

For Virtual Training Members, your in-person sessions will be automatically logged into the app by your trainer, with a clear, structured plan to follow until we meet again.

The more often the sessions, the quicker you learn the techniques, the quicker the progress.

How often that needs to be is up to you and how self-motivated you are to maintain your program between sessions. Hence the reason for my a la carte pricing. You pay for the sessions as you need them.

And when paired with the virtual experience, you can keep up with your virtual workout program in between sessions for the perfect hybrid training experience!
