If you’re signed up as a member to my online training program, you’re likely familiar with your ability to log how many reps, and at what resistance levels, you are performing each exercise. Over time, this will accumulate into some pretty cool data that you can view anytime.
Why should you stretch your muscles and what’s the best way to do it?
We all know we need more of it. Very few of us overdo it. So let’s talk about how to do it right.

Many injuries that occur during workouts are typically due to an improper warmup. If you improperly warm up (or skip it all together), your body may not be prepared for the demand you are about to put on it.
