    Membership is only required if you want to track your workouts with detailed stats, access home workouts, and/or receive nutrition plans.

    Membership also gives you discounts on my services, if you’re into that kind of thing.

  • Absolutely! If you’re self-motivated to keep up with workouts in between in-person sessions, this is the ideal hybrid experience. With my a la carte pricing, you piece together the training experience that fits your budget.

  • Anywhere in the Los Angeles area. I can meet you at your home, at a park nearby, or at one of the gyms I’m affiliated with. Rates depend on where we meet. You can view my rates above.

  • For In-Person Training Sessions, rest assured that I come fully equipped with all the necessary gear. However, I'm more than willing to integrate any equipment you have, helping you become comfortable and confident with your solo workouts between our sessions.

    As for Virtual Training clients, I expertly tailor your program to suit your available resources, be it a fully-fledged home gym or simply your living space with no equipment. My focus is on making your fitness journey adaptable, effective, and enjoyable, regardless of your setup.
