  • If you’ve already completed a fitness evaluation and are expecting some customized workouts, you can expect them very soon after you create your profile! I'm unable to upload them until you create your profile, then I manually attach them.

    If you don't see them within 12 hours of profile creation, feel free to email me or message me in the app.

  • You can do so anytime by going to the Member Area of this website (GrimmFitness.com) and clicking on "Manage Billing"
