If you haven’t had an in-person assessment, you’ll see a link in the app’s messenger to complete the PivotPoint Assessment. I’ll review your submission and create a custom program, then upload it to your profile.

If you’ve already had an in-person assessment with me, you’ll receive your custom program very soon after you create your profile! I'm unable to upload them until you create your profile, then I manually attach them. If you don't see your custom workouts within 12 hours of profile creation, feel free to email me or message me in the app.

You can do so anytime by going to the Member Area and clicking on "Manage Billing"

Yes! You can cancel anytime. Your profile will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

If you cancel before the end of a trial period, your credit card or other payment method will not be charged.
